I have come across another new anime this season for all of you pasty neckbearded furries. After watching it myself, I can guarantee that this one shows a lot of promise (IE awesome).

This is Kaiji. Kaiji is sad. Kaiji is sad because he is acquiring a large amount of debt through gambling:

This is due to his lack of luck at the playing table. Kaiji is a loser.

Kaiji takes his anger out towards those with money. Nice cars for example.

After acquiring an even more massive debt due to a friend bailing out of a loan on him, Kaiji is in a bind. Luckily for him, he is provided with the opportunity to remove all his debts, or lose his life trying. A battle of luck, and wits. Rock paper scissors.
